Plain Theory, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rainy Mood mobile applications for iOS and Android (the “App”).

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers for tracking, or advertising IDs through the App.
Purchases of the App are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Those companies collect and process payment and purchase information according to their own privacy policies. We receive only the information necessary to confirm that a purchase was completed (for example, that the App was bought). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We do not retain personal information collected through the App. Purchase records are held by Apple or Google according to their policies. If you have questions about data related to a purchase, contact the relevant store.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
